Suspensory Bottle Rinsing, Filling and Capping Machine
This product uses peculiar design
to suspend bottleneck that can make PET bottle
to convey and work within the table and to co-operate
with the air converyor in the entry. This design
can effectively resolve the rrouble when not success
in operation, like the bottle is too thin or the
high temperature os hot filling, which make the
bottle to be deformed.
1. Providing with C.I.P. washing
function which can effectively wash filling and
all sanitary pipes before and after the operation.
2. The machine case and the parts contacting with
the materials are made of stainless steel which
ensures the good extermal look and easy washing.
3. This function can make the productivity easily
to adjust and operate by making the frequency
changer to dominate the main engine motor, and
containing the control face plant. This function
also can monitor the control signal.
4. Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily
upkeep and be repaired.
5 To convey bottles by suspending bottleneck,
then it wouldn't need to adjust the height of
the machine.
